WORKOUTS

FBA is designed to be accessible wherever you are. While we do offer a few workouts that can be done in a gym setting, the majority of our classes are designed to fit your lifestyle—whether you're working out from your living room, a hotel room, or your favorite studio space. Our signature studio programming includes a mix of Pilates and functional workouts that can be done at home or in the gym. You'll find bodyweight classes as well as sessions using simple equipment like ankle weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, light dumbbells, heavier weights and sometimes a Pilates ring.

New workouts are added twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.

Yes! Alongside the weekly schedule we have specialty programs to follow. New programs and mini challenges are dropping often so stay tuned via email announcements and Instagram content.

Yes! FBA offers dedicated workout playlists specifically designed to support both prenatal and postnatal clients. These classes are tailored to be safe, effective, and gentle on the body during every stage of motherhood, helping you stay active and strong with confidence.

The FBA app is launching soon! For now you can save the website as a page by following the below instructions so it shows up similar to an app on your phone! Please make sure you're subscribed to our newsletter for updates about the app!

  4. Name it FBA Studio and click Add

MEMBERSHIP/BILLING FAQ'S

You can subscribe to FBA Studio on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. Your subscription includes:

  • Access to our studio's all workout libraries
  • Access to all programs and challenges
  • Access to scheduled live workouts on our site
  • Access to all meal plans and recipes
  • Early access to in person event sign ups via our member newsletter

You can access all studio features during your 7-day free trial.

Your membership will automatically renew either monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on the plan you subscribed to on the date you subscribed. You can locate the date in your account setting under "Billing/Subscription"

You will have to cancel your membership before the billing cycle date. You can locate the date in your account setting under "Billing/Subscription"

Login to your account via the site: studio.angelakajo.com/account

Click "Account" in the right hand corner. Proceed to click "Subscription & Billing" and then "Cancel My Subscription".

When you cancel, you'll receive an email confirming this.

If you don't receive the email, double check that your subscription shows as "Canceled" and the expiration date stated above. If it does, then you're all set!

Yes, if you're on a monthly plan and you need to take some time off for whatever reason, you can pause your membership for 30, 60, or 90 days. Please be advised the auto payment renewal will occur once the pause trial ends. If you have purchased the quarterly or annual plan, you cannot pause an active membership or be reimbursed partially for the remaining months.
